At a meeting held at the grave yard at the cave spring in Geneva Township Jennings County Ind. according to legal
notice ten days previous at which Abner Stout was chosen chairman and Stephen Cadby secretary it was resolved.
1st That we form ourselves into an association for the purpose of providing ground suitable for the burial of the
dead for laying the same off into lots for funding care of the same.
2nd That on motion and secon W R Heaberlin, A N Withrow and Jeptha Moncrief be elected to serve as trustees to
transact and do the business of said Society for the term of one year or until their successors are elected.
